The Opportunity

As a key player in our Sales & Marketing Controlling and Financial Services Team you will support the development of our business plan for used cars and fleet operations. You will bridge market and corporate controlling ensuring datadriven decisionmaking and seamless financial processes. With a strong understanding of fleet sales residual values (RV) and remarketing strategies you will help optimize operations and maximize profitability.

The Responsibilities

• Act as a key interface between Group/Local Accounting Digital Finance and Commercial Control/Sales Operations to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
• Develop and implement market processes to ensure correct valuation of repurchase vehicles Internal and used cars.
• Establish KPIs and structured processes for used car return management and Polestars used car programs.
• Analyze residual value trends and provide insights to optimize business performance.
• Support the transformation of financial processes towards a more decentralized market accountability model.
• Drive improvements in the nongenuine agent/wholesale selling process and tradein operations.
• Assess buyback agreements and ensure marketspecific used car business plans are financially sound.
• Ensure alignment of used car pricing with stock valuation adhering to accounting standards and SOX compliance.

The Ideal Candidate

With 510 years of experience in commercial controlling within the automotive sector you bring a strong combination of financial expertise industry knowledge and strategic insight. Your background includes:

• Financial Expertise Proven ability to analyze financial data forecast trends and provide strategic business recommendations.
• Automotive Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of wholesale and retail dynamics particularly in fleet and used car sales.
• Strategic Thinking Skilled in driving financial performance and developing impactful business cases.
• Process & Compliance Mastery Wellversed in local and global regulations ensuring SOX compliance.
• Analytical & Operational Insight Experienced in residual value management with the ability to interpret market and HQ data effectively.
• Collaboration & Communication Strong interpersonal skills to engage with crossfunctional and multicultural teams.

Used car experience is a plus further enhancing my ability to navigate the complexities of the automotive sector.
