Job Description
What are your challenges in our team:
- Operational management of our branch
- Ensuring the achievement of profit targets with regular monitoring of the cost situation
- Control of operational processes and ongoing optimization of these
- Close exchange and collaboration with the District Manager FRA/BER and the Product Managers
- Leading and promoting colleagues with a strong employee focus
Qualifications :
What do you offer

- Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or optionally a degree with a focus on business administration or logistics
- MUST HAVE: Several years of professional experience as a manager or in a comparable role in logistics
- High analytical skills paired with excellent problemsolving management
- High social skills with a strong organizational culture and sense of responsibility as well as a high level of customer orientation
- MUST HAVE: Very good written and spoken German and English skills
