Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Patient Access Manager

PT ACCESS MGR
FullTime

Patient Access Manager candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Model AIDET guidelines in all interactions with the patient and ensure staff are adhering to the patient experience expectations.
  • Responsible for ensuring QA on registrations for all areas of Registration.
  • Perform patient registration functions when needed to ensure wait times are kept to a minimum.
  • Followup on patient complaints promptly.
  • Supervise and maintain the productivity of employees.
  • Responsible for Dept. Operations Report FTEs and Operating budgets.
  • Responsible for conducting monthly staff meetings and inservices for all responsible areas.
  • Assume oncall responsibilities to ensure adequate staff and problem solving


JOB QUALIFICATIONS


Patient Access Manager

PT ACCESS MGR
FullTime

Patient Access Manager candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field required
  • Minimum three years experience in Patient Access in an acute care setting


Compensation: Salary range from $67496 (midrange) 10% annual base incentive bonus based on years of experience.
