Job Description
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In your role as Application Manager you will be responsible for managing implementation projects or improvements within our ecommerce application landscape. You will analyze requirements of various departments and develop plans for future releases and milestones.
Moreover you will lead project execution by Red Bulls project management standards and principles (in scope in budget in time) manage stakeholders assess and mitigate risks and report on project progress.
Planning of budgets and the effective allocation of budget resources for your projects will also be part of your comprehensive area of activity.
BUSINESS PROCESSES
Your task will be to understand challenge and translate business processes into requirements ensuring the solution and implementation concepts are fit for purpose.
You will support and advise the business to maximize the value within the ecommerce applications portfolio for the organization.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
As a key member of our team your technical expertise in software development will be beneficial in bridging the gap between our business requirements and the technical aspects of our projects. Your role will be crucial in providing the necessary technical insights guidance and support.
Additionally your role will involve going handson by directly applying your skills to adapt configurations implement POCs or enhance solutions by providing HTML/CSS/JS coding.
IT SERVICE & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
You will also play a vital role in service management ensuring that our software solutions are operated maintained supported and continually improved to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Lastly you will maintain comprehensive service and support documentation for owned services ensuring their accessibility and quality.
Qualifications :
University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
23 years of experience in a similar role in the IT Project Management or Software Development area.
ECommerce Process knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English German is a plus.
Experience in software development especially with ecommerce solutions is a plus.
Strong communication exceptional problemsolving and conflict management skills.
Solutionoriented personality with a strong handson mentality and enjoyment of achieving things together as a team.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2.471 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
