Job Description
We are looking for aJunior Aesthetic Therapist towork as part of a team primarily offering our clients the Skin Scanner Service and other aesthetic treatments. You will introducetopatients the aesthetic services in the clinic aswell as any new treatments we bring into the business where training will be given. You will be expected to help patients with a personalised skincare regime.
Other aspects of your role include assisting the clinicians in their treatments. You will play a crucial part in the daytoday running of the Clinic ensuring that patients are seen safely and swiftly delivering an efficient and professional firstclass patient experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Offer the Skin Scanner Service to our patients and book an appointment for a full assessment and treatmentswith relevant practitioners.
- Consult with patients on the treatments you offer and signpost to other treatments as required
- Help patients with their skin care needs including advising on suitable products from our product range upselling treatment packages and products
- Offer patients laser hair removal and facial aesthetic treatments such as skin peels and microneedling
- Support the clinic with their general administrative needs at reception
- Exercise extreme caution with any treatments to always work within the limits of your ability and training and to ask for further training when you feel it is needed
- Develop a full understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques as required for each treatment
- Help keep the Clinic and treatment rooms clean tidy and well stocked as well as helping with general stock monitoring
- Supporting patients with aftercare information and instructions as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

- Meet and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure patient satisfaction at all times
- Assist in creating a supportive and caring environment
- Ensure each patient adequately consented to procedures
- Promoting high standards of clinical care to all of our patients across the board
- Ensure the patient journey is frictionless and of the highest standard
