Summary of the job description
Responsible for prospecting soliciting developing and maintaining business relationships with a strategic and largescale clientele working within the agricultural market to promote and sell the products and services offered with the objective of growing the Business Centres business. Drawing on indepth technical knowledge and political acumen candidate represents negotiates and engages the company in highly complex and innovative agreements that have a significant impact on the Business centre. Candidate ensures consistency and balance between sales objectives sound and prudent risk management portfolio profitability and member and customer and partner satisfaction.
More specifically candidates will be required to:
- Solicit develop and maintain a personalized business relationship with current or potential customers to promote and sell the products and services.
- Act as an account manager which means being the privileged link between the Business centre and members and clients. To ensure the proper use maintenance and satisfaction with the products and services offered. Analyze the sources of dissatisfaction and recommend possible solutions.
- Identify and analyze the needs of members and clients develop a suitable solution and prepare an integrated service offer. Negotiate applicable terms with members and clients.
- Recommend strategies or solutions to achieve the objectives of the Business Centre such as increasing business volume sound risk management portfolio profitability and improving business relationships.
- Monitor to identify business development opportunities to support the competitiveness of the products and services offered.
- Carry out various promotional activities related to the activities of the Business centre. Participate in targeted public relations activities and ensure a presence in the business community.
- Listen to the needs of members and clients to ensure their complete satisfaction seize business opportunities and if necessary refer them to the right people to meet their expectations.
- Comply with the policies practices and standards in force as well as the various laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.
- Ensure sound and prudent risk management for the entire portfolio under his/her responsibility.
Requirements
- Must have 5 years of account management in agriculture in a bank
- Must be able to go visit clients in the PrescottRussell region
- French is a strong asset
