Requirements


  • Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).

  • At least 5 years of experience in battery cell manufacturing or a regulated industry.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 ISO 14000 and IATF 16949 standards.

  • Expertise in electrode processes such as slurry mixing coating and drying is highly preferred.

  • Strong skills in RCA and quality improvement tools (e.g. FMEA SPC 8D).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and engage with all levels of management.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
