VRP has a proven track record in performing Salesforce implementations and is looking to expand into the SAP ecosystem. Therefore we seek an experienced SAP Practice Lead to build and lead our new SAP practice. You will develop and execute a gotomarket strategy build a highperforming team and drive client success.
As we are a matured SI we already have the structure in place to run fullscale implementation projects. This will allow you to use it as a base for developing the SAP practice. We have established teams and a robust support infrastructure in place. This includes PreSales Sales Marketing Account Management Delivery Accounting Professional Services and Managed Services. Our dedicated professionals are eager to leverage this foundation to help grow this side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth:
- Set up the required structure processes and templates of the new SAP practice across multiple countries
- Develop and execute a gotomarket strategy following a growth approach focusing on proving ourselves to the SAP Account Executives
- Collaborating with our sales assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem
- Together with sales develop proposals respond to RFPs and present SAP solutions to prospective clients.
Team Leadership:
- Build lead and mentor the required team for running the practice
- Team up with our PMO and delivery professionals to ensure successful project delivery according to best practices in the industry
- Keep a tight view on client satisfaction with the help of dedicated Account Managers
Business Development:
- Phase out Client implementations and use our Quickstart practice for proving grounds
- Create close relationships with our Sales and Account Management teams to mentor about SAP product developments and empower them to approach new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as Project Sponsor
Qualifications :
- 6 years of experience in the SAP industry with a proven track record of success in implementing and managing SAP projects
- Deep expertise in at least two or more SAP modules (CX S/4HANA SuccessFactors etc)
- Strong leadership management and mentorship skills
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and grow a successful business unit
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics
- Some experience in developing and executing gotomarket strategies
- Relevant SAP certifications are nice to have
