Requirements


  • Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics within the manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in sourcing raw materials and components globally in highvolume industries including automotive commercial vehicles or battery manufacturing.
  • Experience sourcing battery raw materials (e.g. cathode electrolyte anode material separator structural parts aluminum foil copper foil) is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience managing procurement teams in highvolume manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Proven track record in supplier relationship management negotiation and cost optimization.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
