Assist in planning and implementing largescale maintenance shutdown projects.
Create and maintain drawings diagrams schematics databases records files and other documentation pertinent to special and regular assignments performed.
Assist with instructing training and answering areaspecific questions for other personnel.
Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace at all plant levels.
Assist in developing new procedures revising existing procedures and maintaining compliance with established procedures as well as mandated state and federal guidelines.
Control expenditures within the limitations of the project budget.
Contribute and be accountable in obtaining all KPIs in the assigned area.
Support the Plant Vision and make datadriven decisions focused on prevention.
Experience you will need:
Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
5 years of experience in a highvolume rubber processing environment.
Experience working directly with production and maintenance personnel.
Experience with lean techniques and structured quality systems.
Safety and ES&H focus as a priority in every operation.
Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma expertise.
