Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in sourcing and hiring sales professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying attracting and hiring top sales talent across various industries. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs develop targeted recruitment strategies and deliver highquality candidates in a fastpaced environment.
- This is a 6 months contract role on C2C (can be extended)
- This is a hybrid position (3 days a week) in our office in Sandy Springs
Key Responsibilities:
- Source screen and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn job boards networking and referrals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements ensuring clear and effective recruitment plans tailored to the needs of each sales position.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit. Provide detailed recommendations to hiring teams to ensure the best fit for the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Track and maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics providing regular reports on progress and success rates.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a recruiter specializing in recruiting senior sales professionals across various industries.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches social media recruiting and navigating job boards.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with salesspecific recruitment and understanding of the sales hiring landscape across different industries.
