Roles & Responsibilities As a Tech Lead ASP.Net Developer you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team of developers to design develop and maintain ASP.NET applications. Analyzing project requirements and delivering highquality solutions on time. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensuring the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers. Managing project timelines and ensuring adherence to budgets. Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance. Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices. Mandatory Requirements To qualify for this role candidates must meet the following criteria: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in ASP.NET development. Strong proficiency in .NET technologies including ASP.NET MVC and Web API. Experience with frontend frameworks particularly Angular. Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems. Proven ability to lead a team and manage project delivery effectively. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While not mandatory the following skills and qualifications will be advantageous: A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML CSS and JavaScript. Experience with cloud technologies preferably Azure or AWS. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Certifications in Microsoft technologies or relevant fields.
