Summary:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations ensuring the accurate receipt storage and distribution of materials. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy supporting warehouse staff and assisting in training and leadership functions.
In This Role You ll Have The Opportunity To:
- Monitor and resolve COGI (Correct Goods Issue) discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Oversee the receiving process including unloading inbound shipments and verifying accuracy.
- Unload and put away incoming materials including Work in Progress (WIP) and Raw Materials ensuring proper storage.
- Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in loading outbound shipments and ensuring proper documentation.
- Deliver packages and materials to employees as needed.
- Serve as a certified forklift trainer ensuring team members are properly trained and certified.
- Act as a backup for the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager during their absence.
- Provide support to other warehouses as needed.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation verification and reconciliation.
- Create and manage packing slips for outbound shipments.
- Confirm and update product tags in the inventory system to reflect accurate stock levels.
- Identify and correct missed product scans to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
Schedule:
Monday Friday 7am 3:30pm with OT as needed. Saturday OT as needed especially during peak season (October April)

Requirements :
What You Need To Succeed:
- Experience in warehouse operations preferably in a leadership or lead role.
- Forklift certification with the ability to train and certify others.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent organizational problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP a plus
Work Environment:
- Fastpaced warehouse setting requiring physical activity including lifting bending and operating equipment.
- May require working in varying temperatures.
