The job incumbent will be responsible for successfully growing the OTC product portfolio through strategic marketing and achieve predetermined sales and profit targets by:
- Growing and reinforcing customer loyalty
- Appropriate targeting and segmentation
- Develop and implement innovative brand and market strategies
- Flawless implementation of throughtheline promotional campaigns
- Coordination with advertising and media agencies
- Ensure short medium and long term sales and profit projections for promoted brand(s) with appropriate resource allocation
- Demand forecasting
- Management of advertising budget
- Evaluation and monitoring of campaigns and brand market performance
- Working with internal and external customers i.e. Commercial Team Pharmacies and Dispensing Doctors.
- Collaborate with KAM to deliver channel listings & commercial activation management
- Drive point of purchase visibility through merchandizing etc
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate must have:
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced high energy organization.
- Relevant Degree in Marketing. Minimum 6 years Brand management experience ideally in Pharma OTC
- Commercial savviness.
- Detailed knowledge on media (TV OOH & digital)
- Experience in managing media & creative agencies
- Experience in working for channel management
- Proven ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Track record of proven success in previous and current position.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with the presentation and negotiation skills to go with it.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Results oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
