COORDINATE & HOST
Scope & scale: Training & Development Academies Workshops Team Meetings International Guests totaling on average 700 events & 2000 hotel room bookings per year
Work with EAs and DLs to proactively plan upcoming visits from internal and global requestWork with partner hotels on competitive room rates while facilitating group bookings
Work with partner accounts to leverage group dinners and events for new distribution and incremental execution
Cross collaborate with ROPMs RAMs and Field Sales Team to expand and leverage all hospitality spends and bookings to gain new distribution and execution
Manage agenda attendance special request & budgets for key events
Coordinate and monitor on site implementation to ensure premium hostpitality experience for all guests
MANAGE & LEVERAGE RELATIONSHIPS
Identify & source best hosting opportunities for various moments and guests
Build relationships with partner hotels and accounts and enable Red Bull availability & execution
Build relationships with key stakeholders at all accounts: GMs VIP hosts bar staff booking agents etc.
Conduct staff trainings to keep staff educated on product and ways of serving to keep Red Bull top of mind
MAINTAIN ACCOUNT EXECUTION TO LOOK LIKE #1
Support and enable Field Sales team to gain and implement new distribution and execution in key strategic outlets
Coordinate delivery setup and maintaining of visibility items (coolers infrastructure etc.)
Ensure proper infrastructure set up for big moments and events
Coordinate onsite activations distribution and visibility with event partners and concessions for selected festivals
Maintan and update Red Bull internal Hospitality Navigator to capture On Premise partner account execution recommendations and bookings
Qualifications :
Experience in event planning administrative work and understanding of the on premise landscape
Strong organizational sales and project management skills
General experience managing budgets and creating budget trackers
Capability to cultivate team environment
Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English additional languages an advantage
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $55200 to $82800 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
