Job Description
Looking for a flexible weekend gig Join our remote customer service team! Help customers solve problems and make an impactall from the comfort of home.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls delivering efficient and friendly customer service (90% of the role).
- Assist with customer moveins moveouts and payment processing for a selfstorage facility.
- Provide clear persuasive information about our storage solutions to potential customers.
- Use active listening to resolve customer concerns and provide positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM documenting all interactions.
- Build lasting customer relationships that support business growth.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 2 years of call center experience with a focus on inbound calls.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while providing topnotch service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- High attention to detail organization and multitasking abilities.
- Critical thinking skills with a proactive problemsolving approach.
- Availability to work weekends only (Saturday & Sunday).
