Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to drive impactful marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate brings high energy a positive and pleasant personality and a strong agile mindset to thrive in a fastpaced environment. You will be responsible for planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns managing multiple priorities and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This role requires a creative and resultsdriven individual who can work independently while fostering teamwork and delivering outstanding results.
Job Descriptions :
Plan and execute lead generation strategies through both offline and digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads social media website email and onground activation events ensuring all campaigns drive results and meet business objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing promotional projects and new product launches are effectively coordinated deadlines are met and budgets are managed efficiently.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance visibility.
Develop and write creative copy for various marketing campaigns including emails social media posts and advertisements ensuring the messaging aligns with brand guidelines.
Create and manage editorial calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent flow of content for audience interaction while analyzing and refining strategies as needed.
Manage social media communications including creating content and moderating usergenerated content in line with moderation policies to engage and grow the community.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor analysis and customer needs to produce relevant impactful content and monitor campaign results for continuous improvement.
Provide support for the companys public relations (PR) community and branding activities including organizing events brainstorming innovative ideas drafting press releases and maintaining relationships with media.
Assist with any additional adhoc marketingrelated tasks and projects as assigned.
As part of the Marketing & Community Team you are expected to:
Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies
Be the ambassador of the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events
Promote and ensure optimal understanding of marketing plans across the company.
Qualifications :
At least 35 years of experience is required for this position
Experience in BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) environments is essential.
Possess critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Independent selfstarter individuals with a strong drive to achieve
Must have good communication skills and strong command in spoken and written English language
Prior experiences working in agency or journalist will be an added advantage
Additional Information :

Experience in product design product development and product management
Overseas work experience or experience working in a fastpaced startup environment.
