Job Description
Tasks:
- Solving escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
- Analyzing assessing and investigating alerts warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
- Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
- Cooperation with other support teams within entire organization
- Buildingup and contributing to Knowledge Base
Qualifications :
Profile:
- IT support experience
- Deep technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas Windows Servers Unix/Linux Virtualization (VMWare) Storage and Databases (MS SQL Oracle)
- knowledge of IT infrastructure
- very good English (written and spoken)
- teamworking
- stressresistance
- willingness to learn
Nice to have:
- ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage)
- Cloud technologies (AWS Azure etc)
- Automation tools (Ansible Python)
