What you will do:
- Assist the Netherlands Origination Team with scheduling travel arrangements and correspondence.
- Perform administrative tasks to maintain highquality office service.
- Act as the main liaison with Human Resources Communications and IT support at headquarters.
- Oversee office facilities coordinate maintenance and manage vendor relationships.
- Organize local team events and gatherings to promote engagement and collaboration.
- Support onboarding of new customers respond to inquiries and assist with invoice followups.
- Provide support for projects to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business administration office management or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detailoriented and proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
- Independent resultsoriented team player with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong plus.
