If the answer is yes to both questions we have a newly created Head of Risk Regulatory and Policy role which could be perfect for you.
This is a senior role responsible for the Risk Regulatory and Policy strategy framework and its implementation across the business. Balancing a strong sense of commerciality with extensive knowledge of regulation required for a business of this scale youll protect the business through ensuring delivery of appropriate governance policy processes procedures licenses registrations and compliance.

Qualifications :
We welcome your application to our Head of Risk Regulatory and Policy vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience of regulatory compliance within a medium to large UK organisation and an understanding of issues in relation to risk policies and governance.
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership and management roles with proven ability to work crossfunctionally and engage key stakeholders with peers across the business.
- Proven ability to implement process protocols and systems to support a rapidly consolidating organisation.
- Able to work strategically but also comfortable actioning operational tasks as required.

We offer ahybrid or remote working modelthat allows you to split your week between working from home and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office should you want hybrid with full flexibility around the days that work best for you or you could work remotely with office visits as required. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance and features a caf onsite free parking and beautiful parkland surroundings.
