As a Grounds Person you will:
- Operate a company pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.
- Empty all trash cans at pools threestory buildings and team member parking lots as needed.
- Dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers.
- Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas near the highway.
- Sweep curbs and sidewalks.
- Clean grounds and remove litter.
- Empty trash cans in the public area buildings.
- Empty dumpsters.
- Operates trash compactor.
- Empty the recycle bins.
- Break down cardboard items and place them in appropriate containers.
- Leave the area in a clean neat and safe condition.

Qualifications :
- Valid FL state Drivers License.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
