Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Management Director to join our team. You will drive the development and success of our products by collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring alignment with our business goals. This role requires endtoend product management from initializing concepts to testing implementation and scaling. The products you will manage are B2Bfocused and primarily data and analytics solutions. You will report to the Vice President Product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our goals
- Define and prioritize product features user stories and acceptance criteria taking on responsibilities typical of a Product Owner to ensure development aligns with strategic goals
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and sales teams to launch products
- Conduct market research and customer feedback sessions to identify user needs and market opportunities with a focus on data and analytics products for B2B customers
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances strategic initiatives with customer demands
- Monitor product performance through key metrics and analytics to ensure continuous improvement
- Be the primary contact for productrelated inquiries and decisions
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
- Take full ownership of the products P&L ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded
- Manage a team of up to two direct reports
Qualifications :
- 10 years experience as a Product Manager in Financial Services
- Strong understanding of product management principles Agile methodologies and the unique challenges of B2B product management including stakeholder management enterprise customer needs P&L management to drive financial success and the skills of a Product Owner to manage backlogs
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Trello or other product management software and CRM tools and analytics platforms relevant to B2B products
- A bachelors degree in business engineering technology or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience building dataoriented products
- Background in B2B product development and management
- Knowledge of financial services is necessary and experience in subprime markets is a significant plus
