As a Resort Services Operator you will:
- Provide friendly positive and hospitable service to our inhouse guests.
- Answer route calls and takes messages to the appropriate departments.
- Completes daily reports and records as required.
- Supply information to callers and record messages.
- Call back all guests who called to assure completion of the request.
- Maintain required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions outside contracted services or others as required.
- Be a liaison with front desk daily for services and the VIP lists.

Qualifications :
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read write and speak English fluently.

- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
