Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Executive Strategy Officer to partner closely with the CEO and CFO in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our fastgrowing coworking space company. As an Executive Strategy Officer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company remains innovative competitive and responsive to the evolving needs of businesses and professionals seeking flexible office solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Support the CEO and CFO to design and execute companywide strategies and initiatives that position the company as the leader in the coworking space industry.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the flexible office industry.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure alignment across teams.
Act as a sounding board for the CEO and CFO offering fresh perspectives and solutions.
Entrepreneurial Initiatives
Identify and spearhead new business opportunities or improvements that align with the companys vision.
Experiment with and test innovative approaches to problemsolving and process optimization.
Advocate for a startup mindset across the organization fostering creativity and agility.
Design programs to foster a thriving community within our coworking spaces supporting networking collaboration and innovation.
Operational Agility and Innovation
Oversee the implementation of initiatives that improve the efficiency and scalability of our coworking spaces.
Lead crossfunctional projects aimed at optimizing space utilization amenities and member services.
Promote a culture of experimentation encouraging innovative approaches to solving challenges in the flexible workspace industry.
Executive Support and Representation
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and CFO providing datadriven insights and recommendations.
Represent the leadership team in key meetings and engagements with stakeholders partners and investors.
Prepare compelling reports presentations and updates for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications :
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Real Estate or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy background corporate development mergers and acquisitions or real estate investment.
Decent understanding of the office real estate market dynamics including knowledge of leasing structures property valuation methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data develop financial models and evaluate investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset capable of developing and implementing actionable plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and embrace change in a dynamic startup environment.
