Job Description

About This Role:
As Data Management Senior Analyst you will play a pivotal role within our Global Business Services team. Your expertise in data flow automation and report automation (PACE) will make you the linchpin for ensuring efficiency and consistency in our processes. Taking on responsibilities such as report creation maintenance and strategic development you will translate complex data into actionable insights directly impacting our decisionmaking and business strategies. Positioned at the heart of our Global Procurement operations your analytical prowess will be instrumental in guiding your colleagues and elevating the teams performance. What Youll Do:

  • Manage and execute PACE Data Lake Database and Automation processes serving all functions with an emphasis on Procurement.
  • Maintain high quality and integrity in data flow processes ensuring seamless operation across PACE & Global Procurement.
  • Identify and spearhead continuous improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and external collaborations.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers to foster a knowledgeable and selfsufficient team environment.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for procurement data offering comprehensive training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the data management lifecycle emphasizing data mapping automation and database creation for optimal accessibility.
  • Champion process documentation and backend readiness initiatives improving the teams operational standards.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote the adoption of PACE Team solutions among business stakeholders.
  • Develop and document innovative data solutions that support strategic business analysis and decisionmaking.
  • Implement and maintain audit trails for all PACE Team data upholding the highest data integrity standards.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with key business partners to deliver exceptional service and achieve common objectives.
  • Lead and manage projects ensuring timely completion and quality of deliverables.

This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree (required) with 35 years of experience in procurement supply chain or financerelated roles.
  • Proven expertise in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage complex tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Independent worker with strong planning prioritization and execution capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) Data Governance and contemporary data technologies.
  • Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Snow and PowerApps. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced certifications or training in analytics data science or related fields.
  • Familiarity with procurement and financial systems within a global organization.
