To provide comprehensive business partnering support to an assigned Operations team collaborating closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner. Our focus is on offering valuable insights and performance analysis identifying opportunities and working together with the team to achieve business plans and targets.

Qualifications :

- Newly or part qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- Presenting complex data to nonfinancial colleagues
- Working in a multisite business (Desirable)

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office with full flexibility around the days that work best for you and the rest working from home.
