- Strive to exceed monthly call targets ensuring consistent and meaningful engagement with prospects.
- Host engaging and informative tours for prospective residents and their families creating a welcoming first impression.
- Meet or surpass community outreach objectives building strong connections and fostering positive relationships.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our offerings and address the needs of potential residents.
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of all contract signing paperwork supporting a seamless onboarding experience.
- Maintain the integrity of the Welcome Home database by meticulously updating records according to best practices and assisting with routine data cleanup.
- Foster collaboration across departments actively building trust and promoting open positive communication.
- Prioritize safety by following established risk management protocols staying vigilant for potential hazards and promptly reporting unsafe conditions or equipment.
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in marketing business communications or relevant experience (3 years or more).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role with emphasis on excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Experience in a Sales and Marketing environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fastpaced office and/or marketing environment preferred.
- Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office computer package.
