Were looking for a Head of User Research to lead and grow our Consumer Insights team someone whos inherently openminded curious empathetic and exploratory.

In this role youll get to:
Research Knowledge & Practice
Responsible for setting the standard of user research knowledge across the organisation.
Mentor and educate team members on research best practices.
Advocate User Research throughout the company ensuring an evidencebased approach is at the heart of all decision making.
Be hand ons with research and delivering actionable insights for design and product teams
Project Management & Planning
Define the research project portfolio allocate resources and ensure alignment with the companys strategic goals.
Accountable for ensuring that data analysis and reporting processes are highly effective and support the organisations strategic goals.
Collaborative Research
Are responsible for establishing a culture of transparent collaborative and shared research across the organisation.
Ensure that research findings are widely communicated and accessible to all relevant teams and individuals.
Team Management
Oversee and lead the User Research team.
Manage team resources and strategic planning for all research initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture including setting the vision and direction for the team.
Qualifications :
10 years in UX research with at least 3 years in a leadership role
24 years experience hiring managing and growing user researchers
Fluency in a broad set of research methods
Proven ability to run end to end research studies and workshops from study design to delivering actionable insights
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover insights into our customers
Excellent storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively and to encourage varying audiences to empathise with consumers and to think differently about travel
Enjoyment of a fast paced environment and able to meet deadlines and deliver highquality work on schedule
Comfort working with data insights and familiarity with statistical concepts a plus
A BS or equivalent degree in psychology cognitive science Human Centered Interaction (HCI) etc.
