Care Assistants Wanted Fulltime Parttime and Weekend Positions Available
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team providing exceptional support to clients across Alton and the surrounding villages in East Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene dressing meal preparation and light housework.
- Run errands and accompany clients to appointments ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
- Follow personalized care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients families and other healthcare professionals providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in line with health and safety protocols.
- Accurately document daily activities and any changes in clients conditions.
- Encourage residents to participate in social activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Good IT skills to maintain accurate records and communicate within the team (using an app on your mobile device).
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage with clients and colleagues.
- A valid driving license is preferred for transporting clients as required.
