Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others Were looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our outstanding company.

Position: Team Leader
Salary: 13.50 per hour
Hours: Full time

What Youll Do:

  • Field observations with Carers.
  • Service reviews with clients and families.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Supervisions with Care staff.
  • Introductions with care staff going in to new clients.
  • We will use team leaders/supervisors to build new rounds on so that you are able to establish a routine and pass this on to the care staff.
  • On call Duties as per rota. (This is added to rota and you can review 3 Months worth.)
  • Working alternate weekends.
  • Covering sickness in your working Hours.
  • Support Office when short staffed.
  • Work line with management to feedback any concerns in the community.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in care or support roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A compassionate and proactive approach to care.

Qualifications :

  •  Minimum 1 2 years care experience.
  •  NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards.
