Position: Team Leader
Salary: 13.50 per hour
Hours: Full time

What Youll Do:
- Field observations with Carers.
- Service reviews with clients and families.
- Quality Assurance
- Supervisions with Care staff.
- Introductions with care staff going in to new clients.
- We will use team leaders/supervisors to build new rounds on so that you are able to establish a routine and pass this on to the care staff.
- On call Duties as per rota. (This is added to rota and you can review 3 Months worth.)
- Working alternate weekends.
- Covering sickness in your working Hours.
- Support Office when short staffed.
- Work line with management to feedback any concerns in the community.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in care or support roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to care.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 2 years care experience.
- NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards.
