Work in pairs with sales to provide comprehensive proposals to resolve security issues and problems for assigned customers. As a technical advisor you will build strong relationships of trust with customers and support and lead sales activities. In addition to demos and evaluation support for our wide range of products you will also play the role of an architect who understands our product portfolio and creates solutions that combine them. You are expected to contribute to maintaining our technological superiority by suggesting product development and improvements to the development department at headquarters.
Your Impact
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by continuing hightouch proposal activities in cooperation with account managers and partners.
Make proposals that can be solved by listening to the problems of prospects and existing customers identifying specific causes and then developing optimal roadmaps and solutions.
Due to the wide range of our products we will create proposals that are optimal overall rather than partial optimal to prospects and customers and work towards realizing mid to longterm network security plans.
Create and propose effective solutions to solve cybersecurity problems for prospects and customers.
Continue selflearning to maintain technological leadership in the technologies covered by our products (security networking data center SDN public cloud etc.).
Understand the advantages of our products by collecting information on industry trends and competitors and make effective differentiation proposals.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
MUST
Experience as a presales SE is required.
A person with extensive experience as a presales SE and indepth knowledge and experience in networks and security
A person with communication skills that allow them to correctly understand the intentions and requests of customers and make logical proposals
A person with experience in selling network infrastructure/cloud security products and demonstrating installing and troubleshooting
A person with a high level of knowledge of Internet security
Japanese language ability (fluent or native level Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1)
English ability (reading and writing level)
WANT
Experience in managing or leading largescale projects
Experience making proposals to customer CIOs and CXOs
Experience proposing networks and security for public clouds and containers
Experience in proposing effective combinations of multiple products and solutions
