Location: Various Project Sites Across North America (TravelBased)

What Youll Be Doing
As a Field Service Engineer youll be the technical backbone of our onsite projects. Youll travel to various locations across the United States America to install commission troubleshoot and maintain essential project equipment. Your expertise will keep projects running smoothly ensuring client satisfaction and system efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities:
OnSite Engineering & System Support
Travel to client locations construction sites and industrial facilities to provide handson engineering support.
Install configure and troubleshoot critical equipment for construction infrastructure and industrial projects.
Conduct testing calibration and system optimizations to ensure peak performance.
Analyze technical blueprints schematics and manuals to diagnose and resolve engineering challenges.
ProblemSolving & Technical Expertise
Serve as the goto technical expert offering realtime troubleshooting and solutions to onsite challenges.
Work closely with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure seamless system integration.
Provide technical training and guidance to onsite personnel helping teams operate systems effectively.
Travel & Client Engagement
Travel across North America to various job sites representing MapleCraft Engineers with professionalism and expertise.
Collaborate with vendors suppliers and clients ensuring projects meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Document field reports system performance and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Who Were Looking For
We need an adaptable handson engineer who loves to travel solve complex technical issues and work in the field. If you are someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being in the middle of the action this is the role for you.
MustHave Qualifications & Skills
3 years of experience in field engineering mechanical electrical or industrial engineering roles.
Strong expertise in equipment installation maintenance and troubleshooting in an onsite setting.
Knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems in construction infrastructure or industrial environments.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Handson experience with diagnostic tools calibration equipment and field testing procedures.
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think on your feet in highpressure situations.
Strong communication skills for client interactions reporting and technical training.
Willingness to travel 80% of the time (company covers travel expenses).
Preferred (but not required):
Experience working in construction civil engineering or industrial project environments.
Certifications in mechanical electrical or field service engineering.
Previous experience working with heavy machinery HVAC automation systems or industrial control systems.
