DLL is looking for a talented Compensation Analyst to support the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with a focus on Group Functions Latin America (Latam) and potentially US region too.
It would be ideal for candidates to start as soon as possible. April at the latest!
Next to supporting our HRBPs we have an exciting agenda in 2025 with the roll out of some key initiatives such as a new Career Framework new HRIS and other global projects. We are well underway of building a true global Centre of Excellence where we embody our Strategy; a consistent global Member experience that is fair attractive and equitable.

Day to day:
Provide daytoday support to HRBPs ensuring effective compensation strategies and practices with a focus on Group Functions and the Latam region.
Participate in and/or lead various projects such as:
Implementation of the rewards portion of HR systems.
Career framework implementation.
ShortTerm Incentive (STI) review.
Senior Management job pricing.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Essentials:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in compensation analysis ideally 4 years at least.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Additional info:
Candidates must live within a maximum of 1 hour travel time from Eindhoven;
During the onboarding period the candidate works fulltime in the office;
Suppliers of candidates must be aware of the applicable laws and regulations in the field of employment conditions and the collective labor agreement;
