Job Description
Unity Communications is looking for an Audit Manager wholl oversee social media deliverables. In this role youll make sure posts go live influencers deliver on time and team members dont ghost deadlines like a bad Bumble match.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Audit and quality control
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure all social media deliverables post uploads monthly meetings influencer collaborations and photoshoots are completed on schedule
- Verify that every deliverable meets quality standards and aligns with brand expectations
- Status tracking and reporting
- Prepare and distribute clear detailed weekly reports that track deliverables flag missed deadlines and highlight areas needing improvement
- Use datadriven insights to identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest solutions
- Communication and coordination
- Regularly check in with social media managers and influencers to verify task progress address potential roadblocks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners to keep projects running efficiently
- Process improvement and accountability
- Identify trends in missed deadlines and inefficiencies proactively recommending solutions to improve workflow
- Serve as the point of accountability making sure nothing slips through the cracks in content production and delivery
What You Must Possess
- Experience and skills
- Experience in auditing project management or quality control preferably in a social media or digital marketing environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana Trello or Monday.com
- Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets or other reporting tools to track and analyze data
- Key competencies
- Exceptional communication skills you know how to follow up professionally and keep teams accountable without micromanaging.
- Problemsolving mindset you dont just flag issues; you propose solutions.
- Time management pro you can juggle multiple priorities while keeping track of deadlines.

What You Should Consider
- Fulltime position
- Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM CST
