Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a People Relationship Advisor on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 23.75 30.13 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Ensure expert consistent advice and decision making in employment practice including employment legislation.
- Ensure employment practices adopt inclusive relational and restorative approaches.
- Provide expert advice and guidance as well as hands on involvement when required on individual cases settling disputes and generally derisking issues associated with people management.
- Ensure service areas have people data and insight research and best practice information to support evidencebased decision making.
- Support the management and strengthening of the councils relationship with its recognised Trade Unions staff networks and other partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and trends
- Understanding and commitment to inclusive relational and restorative practices
- Detailed knowledge (typically gained through a recognised professional qualification e.g. CIPD) of professional HR practice and procedure.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
