Theyre searching for a Senior Treasury Officer who can boldly steer the companys FX Trading and FX Sales strategy at scale. What Youll Do

• Rates & Liquidity Mastery: Own the daily FX rate strategy negotiate with liquidity providers and ensure smooth OTC blotter management. Your decisions will directly influence the bottom line and the speed of global transactions for thousands of businesses and individuals.
• Cash Flow & Investment Leadership: Manage cash flow across multiple currencies and continents identify highpotential investment avenues for surplus funds and craft sophisticated cash flow models that keep Grey financially agile.
• FX Trading & Risk Hedging: Execute major trades aligned with business goals develop robust hedging strategies to protect against currency volatility and lead the design of transparent pricing models.
• Corporate FX Sales & Relationship Management: Drive new business by onboarding large corporate clients collaborate on unique FX solutions and spot crossselling opportunities that elevate Greys standing in the global fintech landscape.
• Financial Operations & Controls: Oversee daily cash flow operations implement rigorous internal controls and integrate cuttingedge treasury software to boost efficiency and accuracy across the board.
• Crypto & Alternative Instruments: Expand Greys reach beyond traditional FX by incorporating crypto transactions and exploring other trading instruments ensuring Grey remains at the forefront of fintech innovation.
• Strategic Advisory & Compliance: Work closely with executive leadership to align treasury activities with Greys longterm vision remain ahead of evolving regulatory frameworks and keep the company fully compliant in all operational jurisdictions.

Who You Are

• Treasury & FX Specialist: You have at least 5 years of experience in treasury FX trading or FX sales ideally in a fintech or financial services setting.
• Analytical Powerhouse: Your expertise in P&L tracking financial analysis and risk assessment helps you make datadriven decisions that consistently deliver results.
• People Person: Youre skilled at forging relationships with corporate clients identifying their FX needs and effectively growing those accounts.
• TechSavvy Innovator: Proficiency in treasury management platforms and FX tools is second nature. Familiarity with cryptocurrency and alternative instruments is a big plus.
• Strategic Thinker & Collaborator: You align treasury activities with broader company goals collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams and take pride in driving success through partnership.
