Job Description

Start Date: February 6 2025
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Schedule: Monday to Friday including bank holidays 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Assist airline customers with inquiries about bookings flight changes cancellations and refunds via phone email or chat.

  • Provide legal support on policies terms and conditions of airline operations.

  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy professionalism and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless resolutions to customer queries.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary and Bonuses

  • Base Monthly Salary: 1000 EUR gross (paid over 14 months).

  • Performance Bonus: 50 EUR per 12 months.

  • Complexity Bonus: 150 EUR per 12 months.

Additional Allowances

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day (net).

  • Transport Allowance: 20 per month.

Totaling in:EUR gross per year (including base salary complexity bonus and allowances) plus a performance bonus 600 EUR per year

Comprehensive Health Benefits

  • Health insurance provided from day one (free after 6 months).

Relocation Package

  • Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 EUR for economy class reimbursed after 6 months of contract.

  • Housing Assistance: Apartment room available at 280 EUR/month for the first 12 months (deducted directly from payslip).
