Location: Durban but would look at remote work model
Position: FullTime Permanent

Role Overview:
As a Lead Generator you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads in a coldcalling targetdriven setting. Your efforts will help build and expand our client base in the finance and insurance sectors. With the power to influence key decisionmakers youll help fuel our business pipeline while meeting and exceeding weekly call and conversion targets!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling in a finance and insurancefocused environment.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline ensuring consistent followup and relationshipbuilding.
- Work with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to track and manage leads ensuring seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with the management team to build and refine sales strategies for better results.
- Meet and exceed weekly call and conversion targets continuously improving sales outcomes.
- Provide accurate reporting and feedback to management on progress and pipeline status.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in the finance and insurance industries.
- Strong background in a call centre or outbound sales role with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
- Proficiency in CRM systems particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment with a passion for results.
- Selfmotivated proactive and goaloriented with a positive attitude.
