Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Planning:
- Work closely with the project manager and management team to plan and implement electrical project strategies.
- Conduct resource planning for your designated area or evaluate subcontractors resource plans.
- Provide consistent progress updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Manage material orders from warehouses to maintain a steady workflow.
Project Execution and Coordination:
- Collaborate with other contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project.
- Lead weekly site meetings to ensure effective coordination with other teams.
- Participate in client inspections to demonstrate project progress and milestones.
Quality Assurance and Adaptability:
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold industry standards and project requirements.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with contractors and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and provide regular reports to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings blueprints and schematics.
- Solid understanding of electrical components and cabling systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Outlook and Teams.
- Several years of experience in an electrical foreman or supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
