Core Mission:
- Structural Durability Analysis:
- Use Abaqus for finite element analysis (FEA) to predict the mechanical behavior of components under different loading conditions.
- Ensure parts can withstand static dynamic and cyclic loads without premature failure.
- Fatigue Life Assessment:
- Evaluate fatigue life using damage accumulation models (e.g. Miners rule strainlife or stresslife approaches).
- Conduct highcycle fatigue (HCF) or lowcycle fatigue (LCF) simulations to determine failure points.
- Optimize designs to delay crack initiation and propagation.
- Preprocessing and Meshing:
- Use HyperMesh for creating highquality FE models ensuring accurate geometry representation and mesh refinement in critical areas.
- Apply suitable meshing techniques (tetrahedral hexahedral shell elements) based on the analysis type.
- Material Behavior Modeling:
- Implement material properties such as elasticity plasticity creep and cyclic hardening to capture realistic component responses.
- Simulate advanced behaviors like fracture mechanics or weld joint fatigue.
- Load Case Analysis:
- Model realworld conditions such as vibrations roadinduced loads or thermal stresses in automotive aerospace or heavy machinery components.
- Perform multiaxial fatigue analysis for complex load cases.
