Job Description
As the Technical Program Manager youll have the opportunity to:
- Manage endtoend delivery of key projects using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Run Agile ceremonies for the team including Sprint Planning Sprint Demo Retrospective Backlog Refinement and Daily StandUps.
- Work with Product Owner(s) and Engineering Manager(s) to groom user stories for Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Facilitate delivery of techenabled projects including analyzing workflows establishing priorities developing standards and setting deadlines.
- Be the bridge between engineering and product teams; perform executive status reporting change management current state assessments future state roadmap and transition planning for technology modernization.
Qualifications :
Your background:
- 6 years experience in technical program management delivering technical projects
- Experience with software development lifecycle specifically Agile Scrum and project management/Agile methodologies.
- Awareness and understanding of cloud environments specifically AWS.
- Technical fluency to engage with technical teams and participate in design discussions.
- Proficient in JIRA ServiceNow (ITIL) MS Office Suite and reporting
- Project management certification is a plus.
