Understand and sets the role of every channel adjusting the tone and purpose.
Defines the right posting frequency and format to improve the reach and engagement on social platforms.
Sets and the KPIs that will allow to understand if the goals are being accomplished and adjust accordingly if they are not.
Collaborate with Media Network Culture and Sports to develop the best social strategy to accomplish Red Bulls brand and mission.
Owns the publishing calendar for all social media output in Spain
Develop and produce social first content concepts around Red Bulls marketing mix focusing on local relevance.
Makes sure the calendar is aligned with the needs of the whole Marketing and Media Network teams. Lead the programming team to make sure the items on the calendar are posted as planned.
Uses the right mix of local and global content to ensure yearlong audience engagement.
Defines the community management strategy
Needs to improve the 1:1 relation with our audience developing the community management strategy for the intern to execute.
Uses Red Bulls assets to get closer to our consumers managing thorough our already existing channels and creating new ones if needed.
Develop and posts innovative highquality content
Knows and understand the trends to apply them to Red Bulls posting strategy if makes sense.
Qualifications :
At least 4 years experience running top tier social media accounts planning the content overseeing the production and posting.
University Degree Communications Journalism Film Studies or similar.
Deep knowledge of social copywriting and community management. Best in class digital industry knowledge.
Expert in identifying where consumers live digitally how they consume content and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behavior.
Has a constant sense of online trends and knows how to drive Word of Mouth online.
Extensive administration skills and love for details.
Curious open creative.

The ability to work well within a large international organization.
Excellent leadership and team management skills good presenter and motivator.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for the Red Bull brand its content and values and understands how to translate this into driving brand love in an online environment through media.
Fluent english & spanish written and spoken.
