You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Service Centre Advisor (Finance) at Griffith University is responsible for ensuring financial integrity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They provide expert advice on finance policies systems controls and processes and collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex operational and transactional finance issues. This role also involves delivering highquality service to both internal and external customers supporting various finance functions and working flexibly across different finance disciplines to manage team workloads effectively.
The Finance Officer is responsible for;
You will be well trained and supported in learning all aspects of Griffiths Accounts Receivable team and internal systems. You will then have the opportunity to gain further skills and integrate into the wider Financial Service Delivery team involving you in such activities as student financials cash flow organisation and banking relationships.
About you
To be successful in this role you will hold a diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
You will also have:
Candidates must have full unrestricted Australian work rights and may be subject to a National criminal history check. Please note sponsorship is not available for this role.
What we can offer
This is a fixed term (until 27/07/2026) full time position and can be based at either the Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multicampus University you may be required to work across other locations.
HEW 4 Salary base range $71827.41 $75785.75 17% super. Full package range $84038.08 $88669.34.
