Our Installation Team Member position is an entry position with great potential for growth. We will provide paid onthejob training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!
- Unloading and staging of all parts/materials required for system installation
- Preparing space and materials for installation
- Installing basic wallmounted home organization systems
- Installing Luxe home organization systems including custom lighting trim and other accessories
- Completing postinstallation paperwork with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Training: we teach you our process and help you develop the necessary skills
- Resources: trucks tools and uniform provided
Qualifications :
- HS Diploma or GED; Trade or vocational school experience desirable
- Strong verbal listening and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Experience with common hand and power tools
- Ability to work/stand on feet for entire 8 hour shift
- Ability to lift 5075lbs; reach stoop stand grasp balance climb stairs kneel and crouch
- Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
- Must have valid Drivers License and be able to work in clients homes
- Ability to work (4) 10hour shifts per week
