Sales Trainee - Red Bull HQ Graduate Program

INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

As a Graduate in our team youll dive into the fastgrowing and complex world of key account management. Youll help support Red Bull countries with channel strategy execution and overall structure. Your journey starts with onboarding in the field followed by supporting our HQ teams. Youll analyse sales and shopper data develop conceptual sales pitches organize meetings and support the annual planning process. Youll also work independently on special projects in category and omnichannel sales management. With strong coaching and training youll gain broad experience across sales channels and have a high chance to grow into key roles within our department.

INTERNATIONAL REVENUE MANAGEMENT

In our Revenue Management team youll join our newest commercial function playing a critical role in navigating pricing and profitability challenges. You will develop a deep understanding of Revenue Management and enhance collaboration between Sales Finance and Marketing. Your key responsibilities will include running data analysis to translate findings into actionable insights diving into market dynamics and pricing strategies to uncover revenue opportunities supporting trade term optimization and conducting followup analysis on price increases. Additionally youll work with test markets to implement wholesale compensation pilots. This position offers a comprehensive exposure to all aspects of Revenue Management preparing you for future leadership roles.

INTERNATIONAL ON PREMISE POS MANAGEMENT

As a POS Management Graduate youll play a key role in supporting our HQ teams growing needs. Youll contribute to expanding activation strategies and enhancing the efficiency and impact of POS tools worldwide. Your responsibilities include analyzing marketing data to ensure factbased decisions streamlining operational processes and gathering valuable insights on POS tool performance. You will also bring fresh perspectives to elevate our POS management and support sustainability initiatives. This handson experience will prepare you for future roles within the organization. Working closely with crossfunctional teams youll help develop strategies analyze global sales performance and optimize internal procedures setting the foundation for your career growth.

OFF PREMISE KEY ACCOUNT FOR RED BULL AUSTRIA

Become a vital part of our dynamic Austrian team where youll immerse yourself in various offpremise departments gaining invaluable business insights and building a powerful internal network. Your journey will see you engaging with national key accounts supporting Key Account Managers with crucial customer management tasks such as annual meetings listing negotiations and promotional planning. In this role youll also take charge of operational and administrative responsibilities within the customer portfolio and manage your own smaller retail accounts. Youll spearhead and contribute to crossfunctional projects that span Sales Trade Marketing and Operations leveraging your analytical skills to transform internal and external data into actionable insights. Your contributions will culminate in the creation of compelling datadriven customer presentations and conceptual sells. Fluency in German is essential as youll be collaborating closely with our diverse team and clients. Qualifications :

Youre a recent Graduate or youll graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree by July 2025.

Youve gained valuable work experience ideally in an international context through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue it is characterized by passion.

Youre a team player driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a gogetter mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions German language skills are necessary and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
