Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales a strong industry network and a passion for growthNipromec Group a Vulcain Company is seeking two experienced and ambitious Business Development Managers to expand our client base and strengthen relationships across the Nordics.

This is an exceptional opportunity for resultsdriven individuals with 510 years of experienceand a broad understanding of industrial nuclear energy or construction sectors. About the Role

As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving Nipromecs growth by securing new business opportunities. Youll be responsible for sales within your scope for business in Sweden and/or internationally with the support of the project technical legal and purchasing functions. Within this team the Business Development Manager works with board and international sales and technical teams. You will manage and grow IB Commercial and Sales activities in Nordic market. Youll be leveraging your experience and industry contacts to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

  • Start Date: According to agreement.
  • Location: One position will be based at Nipromecs Stockholm office and one position for the Malm office with the possibility for some remote work.
  • Travel: The role requires travel within Sweden and internationally to visit clients prospects and Nipromec offices.


Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Nordic region with a focus on expanding Nipromecs market presence.
  • Sales Management & Business Growth: Take ownership of business development within your region developing strategies to generate leads and grow our commercial activities.
  • Pipeline & Strategy: Plan and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong trustbased relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and longterm cooperation.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends industry developments and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales recruitment and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and support client needs.
  • Sales Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal ethical and corporate guidelines while reporting to the Nordic Board & Line Management.
  • Contract & Offer Negotiation: Participate in offer preparation and lead negotiation strategies.
  • Networking: Develop business and industrial networks necessary to achieve business objectives.


About You

Were looking for two Business Development Managers who have:

  • 510 Years of Proven Experience: A successful track record in business development account management or sales (ideally within industrial energy or construction sectors).
  • Strong Industry Network: Established connections within the energy construction or industrial sectors to drive business development.
  • University Degree: A relevant degree in engineering business or a related field with a technical background is a strong asset.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Swedish verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
