Drive growth optimize revenue and 10x ROI as our Head of Growth!Own lead generation experimentation scale strategies and make a direct impact with tangible results in a fastpaced ecommerce environment.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth strategies across acquisition retention monetization and lead generation to maximize ROI.
- Launch and manage rapid datadriven experiments to uncover highimpact growth levers.
- Lead performance marketing growth hacking and partnership efforts to scale revenue streams.
- Analyze metrics and identify trends to drive decisionmaking and strategy pivots.
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with the companys upmarket vision.
- Own the entire growth funnelidentify gaps drive optimizations and deliver results.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven track record of driving growth scaling revenue and generating quality leads with specific experience in scaling B2B ecommerce agencies or similar servicebased businesses.
- Advanced skills in performance marketing paid media and optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset; expert in A/B testing experimentation and ROI tracking.
- Technical knowhow with tools like Google Analytics CRM systems and ad platforms (Amazon PPC is a plus).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently yet collaboratively.
- Agile and iterativecomfortable in fastmoving experimental environments.
