- Oversee and guide the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Supervise a team of ServiceNow developers providing mentorship prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders developers and architect to gather analyze and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with System Architect to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure proper investigation resolution and documentation of bugs and issues reported on the ServiceNow platform.
- Draft and review technical design documents ensuring alignment with business requirements and standards.
- Lead functional testing efforts and provide oversight for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and report progress on tasks projects and team performance to leadership regularly.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other related supervisory and business analysis tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in business analysis and project coordination related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (HTML JavaScript APIs).
- Indepth experience with Service Portal Now Mobile CMDB HR Scope App Knowledge Base workflows and ITSM modules.
- Solid understanding of DevOps or Agile frameworks and best practices.
- Knowledge of ITSM IT Incident Change and Problem Management processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills including task delegation team development and conflict resolution.
- Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.
