- Collaborate with the AVP to develop predictive models and analyze consumer behavior advertising impact and product performance.
- Deliver accurate and timely marketing analysis to support strategic research initiatives.
- Use R to perform statistical research and data analysis.
- Serve as the teams Power BI expert by creating updating and managing dashboards and apps.
- Define lead and execute customized research projects.
- Prepare and present research findings to internal stakeholders including Brand Marketing and Sales teams.
- Document processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with the broader Research & Insights team on crossfunctional projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics Business Analytics Data Science) or related discipline required.
- 23 years of handson experience in a datadriven or analytical role applying quantitative methods to solve business problems and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Power BI for building and managing dashboards.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with R or other data science programming languages preferred.
- Basic statistical knowledge (e.g. correlation regression analysis); exposure to machine learning is a plus.
- Prior experience working with consumerpackaged goods data (sales panel and DTC) preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with comfort in quantitative data analysis.
- Highly detailoriented with the ability to maintain a broad strategic perspective.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Pay Range: $90000$100000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
