We are currently looking for a Business Unit Director.

The mission:

The main objective is to manage largescale projects from planning to execution ensuring that all operations are efficient with a businessfocused approach on business development and sales.

The Role:

Take full responsibility for the commercial side of the business. You will be in charge of sales generation team leadership and key client management. Additionally you will be responsible for the CRM (Salesforce) and ensuring the profitability of projects. You will work with highlevel clients alongside your team ensuring alignment with commercial goals.

We need:

  • Previous experience in sales and event management.
  • Ability to manage and lead commercial teams.
  • Experience working with highlevel clients and managing large accounts.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with considerable administrative load.
  • Familiarity with the technology sector and digital ecosystem.
  • Proactivity and focus on achieving commercial goals.
  • Global vision in operations logistics and marketing.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (both oral and written).
